The Conservation Registry Blog is the outreach component of the Conservation Registry. It is a place for staff and guests to post updates, feature interesting projects, offer tips and discuss conservation topics in a casual, friendly setting. Discussion of the context, distribution, and effectiveness of our collective efforts to protect and restore ecosystems is encouraged.
Registry staff Kassandra Kelly and Gina LaRocco are your hosts for the blog, but guest bloggers will appear from time to time. Check back for news of interest about the Registry and other conservation topics.
Separate login credentials are not required to comment, but the blog is moderated.
About the Registry: The Conservation Registry is a smart, accessible database and mapping system that allows users to enter, search, map and track wildlife and habitat conservation projects. The Registry gathers data from multiple sources, ranging from small organizations and landowners to federal resource agencies, non-profit organizations, tribes and foundations.
